Welcome to the bye week! (that is, if you’re reading this within the above dates) The bye week gives us time to verify scores and give other venues that entered into the tournament late to catch up a bit. So again…all games will still be happening, however most will not be accumulating points. Of course, don’t forget about our finale Sunday July 12 at 4:30.

Looking for a new venue in the Alpharetta or the Druid Hills area? We have three new venues for you to check out....Champps Americana and Tocayos in Alphareta or Maddio's Pizza Joint off Druid Hills. All are excellent places to grab something to eat and test your know-how.

The official date for the tournament finale is SUNDAY JULY 12 at Tijuana Joes in Dunwoody. It'll be at 4:30, get there early! Check here for your scores and rules. If you qualify as one of our stand-by's be sure to show up, we haven't turned any away, yet! Good luck, and don't forget to check out our double and triple point venues to rack up the points!

Zucca is officially the place to be for Trivia! In honor of the opening of the AWESOME new location in Downtown Decatur (right next to Brickstore Pub…can you ask for a better locale??), we’ll be offering double points at all Zucca locations! So, for some of the best beer, trivia, and of course pizzia in the A-t-l, come on out to Zucca!!! Check the double points page for details!

Thanks to all of you who played and qualified. Check finale results. But, we here at OE never rest, it is onward and upward to our new spring tournament!!! Beginning this week, we start accumulating points for our next tourney. Rack up the points early by playing our double points venues (to be posted soon).

Frogs is offering double trivia points! Right across from Piedmont Park, with one of the best patios in Atlanta, it's where you want to be Wednesday nights this summer!!! With such great atmosphere AND good food and drink, why would you want to go anywhere else?

Feel like a taco with your trivia? Well, we have two new mexican restaurants on board! You can earn points towards our trivia tournament and satisfy your urge for something spicy! Come on out to Corralejo Mexican Grill & Bar on Thursdays at 7:30. Or if Cumming is a little closer to home, you can play trivia at Laredos Mexican Bar & Grill on Thursdays at 7:30. We are also offering a night of Karaoke at Laredos on Fridays at 8:00. Come and sing your heart out!

You can now play a friendly game of trivia and follow it up by crooning a few of your old favorite songs at El Vaquero in Norcross. Wether you just want to earn some extra points for the tournament, or only want to show your stuff at karaoke, you can come out for either or both on Friday nights. All in one place, gotta love that!!

Well, even though we were overflowing with people (we’ll choose a bigger spot next time!), everyone seemed to make due! One team played in the back of their pick up truck, one team played on a big barrel outside, some on the side walk… Point being, THANK YOU AGAIN TO EVERYONE THAT SHOWED UP!
